Forging trust out of metal
In 2004, Cendrine Cartegnie, Charlaine Cartegnie, and Philippe Jallais founded Synertek with revolutionizing sheet metal fabrication as their main goal. Drawing on their experience in the family business, and later with other leading companies, the three founders built a business that reflected their goals and based on their vision of a distinctive product. The company quickly stood out for the passion it possessed that drove its team, the proactive support of its customers, the quality of its products and its forward-thinking management.
At the turn of 2014, the integration of Francis Cartegnie among the shareholders proved essential for Synertek. His vast expertise in the field as well as his significant contribution to the company make him an essential pillar of the management team, thereby strengthening Synertek's cherished family identity.
Since January 2023, Synertek has written a new chapter in its history since the three founders left for a well-deserved retirement. Francis, for his part, chose to pursue the mission of this beloved company by surrounding himself with Audrey Lafrance-Coutu, Sébastien Isabel, Louise Dion and Mathieu Brochu. These new players are individuals who, each in their own way, have significantly contributed to the development of Synertek and have demonstrated their commitment to the company for several years. Their in-depth knowledge of the field, their passion for the sheet metal processing industry and their desire to continue to combine humanity, performance, and prosperity in the manufacturing environment are major assets that continue, in turn, to bring Synertek to new heights.
